What this is: a rapid prototype of the member-match step that came up in this morning's Lending Email Routing conversation - "do everything we can to best match to member and case." Paste a lending email, the page extracts likely member references, fuzzy-matches against a mock 20-member SoR, and surfaces the top matches with their open cases. Built during the 2026-05-20 MACU workshop lunch break. This is not production - it's the visual proof of how fast the loop closes.
